Mussoorie Dehradun Development Authority (MDDA) released the Dehradun Draft Master Plan 2041 in the month of April 2023. This evoked a plethora of reactions from the citizens of Dehradun. Thus, a public discussion was organized at Doon University where the people of Doon raised many questions regarding the plan.
The dialogue was held in the presence of Chief Town Planner Shashi Mohan Srivastav and was organized by the Center for Public Policy of Doon University, INTACH and SDC Foundation. Many Resident Welfare Association representatives of the city and a large number of citizens participated in the discussion by sharing their opinions and suggestions. The highly interactive panel discussion was moderated by SDC Founder Anoop Nautiyal.
